芒果糯米糰
材料:
將芒果切開:
起芒果肉..........待用:
250ml 糯米粉
加一包芒果汁.......相等 250ml
加10茶 spoon 糖:
慢慢一點點一點點的加入糯米粉
一直攪拌
攪到沒粒狀
用微波爐烘4分鐘,要用蓋蓋著!(如用蒸~~~可蒸20 min)
好了, 取出。。。
準備椰絲............
搽些牛油在手套,免得粘手。
加上芒果粒......
粘合
粘上椰絲
好了
